Tips:

• If you want to search for a specific phrase, surround it in quotes (e.g. "side effects").
• By defult, the engine will match any term you enter, even if the others do not match. To require a particular term to always match, prefix it with a plus sign (e.g. +gleevec).
• To exclude pages based on a search term, prefix it with a minus sign (e.g. -surgery).
• You can use the + and - prefixes on quoted phrases as well.

Example:

• Suppose you enter the search query: +gleevec -surgery dosage "side effects"
• In this example, the search will only match pages that have the word "gleevec".
• It will exclude any pages that have the word "surgery".
• The word "dosage" is not necessary to match a page, but if a page contains this word, it will increase the relevance score.
• Similarly, the phrase "side effects" is not necessary to match a page, but pages that contains this phrase will be ranked higher in the results.
